Freesia Electromechanical is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in Dubai, UAE to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring that all MEP works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across assigned construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower allocations, and material procurement plans.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority regulations.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities to maintain progress aligned with project milestones.
- Monitor project costs, manage variation claims, and oversee progress billing and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites.
- Implement value engineering initiatives to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges, and operational issues during construction phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Minimum five years of experience in a project management role within the UAE construction sector.
- Strong experience managing MEP systems for high rise buildings or large mixed use developments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction management practices.
