- Develop conceptual and detailed working drawings for port expansion, marine infrastructure and terminal upgrade projects
- Translate engineering instructions into accurate CAD drawings covering architectural, structural and MEP components
- Support master planning activities for container terminals including RTG, RMG, ASC, rail terminals and BOXBAY storage facilities
- Prepare site plans, affection plans and lease plans in compliance with authority requirements
- Assist in drafting road infrastructure, warehouses, dry ports and maritime facilities drawings
- Maintain and update master plans of ports and free zones
- Review and archive NOCs received from third parties and coordinate approvals with relevant authorities
- Ensure design standards and department procedures are reflected in all deliverables
- Support project managers in resolving design discrepancies and issuing as-built drawings
- Maintain documentation control and drawing archives within company systems
- Contribute technical inputs to automation and innovation initiatives in port planning
- Provide CAD technical support to internal departments and colleagues
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 7 to 10 years of experience in drafting and design of infrastructure or marine projects
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ports, marine development or terminal infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office
- Ability to develop detailed proposals from verbal instructions or sketches
- Strong understanding of container terminal layouts and operational design standards
