We are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC) to lead business development and sales initiatives in the HVAC sector. The role requires a technically strong and commercially driven professional who can deliver tailored solutions to clients while driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in HVAC.Work with consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote company products and solutions.Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support client requirements.Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and technical submissions.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support.Requirements:5-7 years' proven experience in HVAC sales.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.GCC market knowledge is a plus.Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Andrew Royston
