- Develop and implement brand strategies for new and existing products,
- Lead day-to-day brand budget management, including SPRs, purchase orders,
- Ensure dollars are spent effectively within budgetary parameters while balancing
- Manage all aspects of new product launches, working with R&D, Finance, Legal,
- Participate in the creative development and execution of national and local
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop growth strategies
- Provide monthly analysis on performance, promotions, competitive
- Maintain awareness of global innovations, trends, and competitor activity in both
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, brand management,
- Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a traditional CPG or FMCG environment.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated aptitude to turn data into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex project lists, priorities,
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications including Word,
