Propose development initiatives and programs, and prepare improvement plans for endowment projects. Coordinate with the Endowment Management Department to ensure proper implementation of these initiatives and to achieve the intended benefits for the community and stakeholders.Ensure that all policies, procedures, and guides related to endowments are documented and updated in the Endowment Management Department and in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.Ensure that endowment projects, programs, and activities comply with the objectives of the Authority, and that they are aligned with approved strategies, policies, and regulations.Prepare reports, forms, templates, and operational manuals, review them, and ensure their proper distribution and implementation across relevant departments. Safeguard all operational processes and maintain documentation within the Authority.Apply appropriate modern tools and methodologies for planning, analysis, and monitoring of endowment projects and programs.Ensure continuous follow-up and monitoring of the Authority’s projects and endowment programs, and address any deviations, delays, or obstacles in their implementation, while providing recommendations and solutions to relevant departments.Ensure that policies and procedures are updated in line with best practices and approved strategies, and that they are implemented efficiently.Implement updates and amendments that arise in relation to endowment policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.Monitor initiatives and projects aimed at improving policies and procedures and ensure their activation before full execution.Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Specialist: starting 34,500 and there is 2% on each extra year of experience the candidate has after the minimum years of experience of the grade OR between 5% to15% salary increase depending on the candidate current salary and whether he is working in Abu Dhabi government or private sector.
