Health Safety and Environment Manager - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and international standards
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification programs across terminals, logistics facilities and operational sites
• Design and deliver structured HSE training programs to strengthen employee competence and safety culture
• Monitor compliance with local and international HSE legislation, conducting audits and corrective action plans
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses and environmental events, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
• Establish and test emergency response and crisis management plans in coordination with relevant authorities
• Track HSE performance indicators, prepare executive dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Promote behavioral safety initiatives and leadership engagement programs to embed safety in daily operations
• Conduct routine inspections, supplier audits and site evaluations to ensure robust HSE controls
• Act as the primary liaison with government regulators, industry bodies and internal stakeholders for inspections and certifications
• Manage HSE budgets, resources, contractors and safety equipment procurement
• Drive continuous improvement through integration of digital monitoring tools and sustainability initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Significant experience in HSE leadership within logistics, ports, marine services or large industrial operations in Dubai, UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international compliance frameworks
• Proven expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
