WHS Manager - Workplace Health and Safety Operations - Dubai UAE

• Partner with operations teams to implement workplace health and safety policies across site operations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze WHS data to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and process optimization methods
• Deliver training and guidance to operations leaders and WHS team members
• Monitor site safety performance and recommend corrective actions where required
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices and standard methodologies
• Develop and mentor WHS team members, ensuring alignment with company safety expectations
• Communicate safety goals, updates, and performance metrics clearly to all levels

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, ergonomics, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in WHS, EHS, or workplace safety programs
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
• Experience in logistics, distribution centers, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or multiple sites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including reporting, charts, and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Professional certifications in WHS, EHS, or HSE are an advantage
