Facilities Engineer Integrated Facilities Management and Maintenance Operations - Al-Futtaim Contracting - Dubai UAE

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations, budgets, and profitability targets
• Conduct contract evaluations including HSE risk assessments, mobilization plans, and performance monitoring frameworks
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide operational reports on contract performance
• Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure contract compliance
• Plan manpower, materials, and subcontractor services required for maintenance contracts
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of facilities assets to identify operational and safety risks
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures, schedules, and resource plans for facility systems
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance documentation
• Manage corrective and reactive maintenance activities ensuring minimal operational downtime
• Coordinate maintenance activities with subcontractors and internal engineering teams
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for repairs, replacements, and refurbishment works
• Execute repair and retrofit projects within approved budgets and timelines

• UAE driving license and ability to conduct site inspections across multiple locations
