Facilities Technical Engineer - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Oversee technical operations and maintenance of facility systems including MEP, HVAC, and civil infrastructure
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building assets and equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable functioning of facility infrastructure
• Conduct regular inspections to evaluate asset condition, operational efficiency, and safety compliance
• Review and manage service requests, work orders, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with facility management teams, contractors, and vendors to execute repair and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety regulations, and permit-to-work procedures
• Support asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments, and maintenance strategies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend operational improvements
