With a unique tokenization engine, advanced monitoring tools, and seamless e-commerce integrations, our client sets new benchmarks in the industry.Job Description:Guildhall Executive Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our client's highly skilled team in Dubai. As the Head of Operations, working closely with our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's venture. Your primary objective, alongside the CEO, is to guide our team through critical growth phases, oversee platform evolution, and expand our market influence. Together, you will drive the company forward, with a focus on team expansion and strategic scaling, positioning our client as a prominent player in the sustainability sector.Responsibilities:- Hands-On Operational Leadership: Lead by example and actively participate in executing daily operations across departments, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Offsetting Procurement: Manage registry accounts, oversee inventory and quality assurance, and develop offsetting procurement strategies.
- Strategic Scaling: Collaborate with the CEO to plan and implement scalable processes, systems, and infrastructure, anticipating additional resources as the company expands.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team, while preparing for the recruitment and onboarding of new members.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the CTO and Head of Product to ensure alignment between product strategy and operational goals.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute cross-functional operational strategies aligned with our client's vision and growth objectives, with a clear roadmap for expansion into new markets.
- KPI Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging hands-on experience to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage budgets and allocate resources to achieve operational targets, with plans for resource optimization as the team grows.Requirements:- Proven Track Record: Over 5 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, and project management in dynamic technology companies. Knowledge of the carbon industry is advantageous.
- Innovative Leadership: Ability to innovate and adapt within the sustainability sector while coordinating across departments.
- Strategic Agility: Proficiency in executing sustainability-focused strategies and efficiently managing diverse functions.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through innovation and change across operations, HR, and accounting.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills for creatively addressing operational, HR, and financial challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation aligned with sustainability goals.
- Operational Management: Proficiency in overseeing internal operations to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and financial efficiency while fostering innovation and sustainability.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to evolving business needs across functions to maintain competitiveness and support startup growth.
