Senior QAQC Engineer Civil Interiors and Fit Out Construction Quality Management - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Implement and monitor the project quality plan, inspection and test plans, and method statements for interior and fit out construction works.
• Conduct inspections for civil finishing works including drywall installation, false ceilings, flooring, tiling, marble installation, joinery, painting, waterproofing, and façade interface areas.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure construction quality compliance.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation before site execution.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, regulatory authority requirements, and engineering standards.
• Issue non conformance reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions with contractors and site teams.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support third party inspections when required.
• Monitor construction mock ups and sample approvals prior to project execution.
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and project documentation according to ISO quality standards.
• Oversee snagging and de snagging activities to ensure projects meet finishing quality requirements before handover.
• Support final project handover documentation and quality certification processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Eight to twelve years of experience in QAQC roles within civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in interior finishing works and fit out projects within high end residential or commercial developments.
• Mandatory UAE or GCC construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills across project teams.
