  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
  • Proven experience in commercial residential hospitality and retail fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices materials and site execution standards
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings shop drawings and BOQs
  • Knowledge of interior materials finishes and installation methods
  • Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and project documentation tools
