- Provide immediate and effective medical care to pediatric patients in emergency situations
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute pediatric conditions including trauma and respiratory distress
- Perform critical procedures such as intubation and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnosis and care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and emergency care protocols
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in pediatric emergency care
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure emergency situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Western-trained candidates preferred
