The role combines field deployment, executive coordination, vendor oversight, and strategic feasibility analysis to ensure operational goals are properly designed, implemented, and delivered.Job Duties & Accountabilities:Oversee operational performance across multiple locations, ensuring strong governance, alignment with corporate strategy, and consistent execution standards.Monitor and analyze key KPIs including service levels, manpower efficiency, cost performance, safety metrics, and regulatory compliance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action plans.Lead operational oversight of new station launches, ensuring full operational readiness prior to go-live, tracking milestones, and conducting post-launch performance evaluations.Monitor ongoing projects at existing locations to ensure operational targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.Develop, implement, and standardize operational SOPs, reporting structures, and scalable models adaptable to varying regulatory environments.Represent the company in meetings with airport authorities and governmental entities, supporting regulatory approvals and operational alignment.Coordinate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage and evaluate third-party vendor performance against agreed service levels and KPIs, recommending improvements where required.Conduct operational feasibility studies for expansion projects, assessing infrastructure, staffing models, equipment needs, traffic projections, and cost implications, and providing executive-level recommendations.Evaluate cost structures across stations, identify optimization opportunities, support budgeting and forecasting, and escalate operational risks with clear mitigation strategies.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, documented procedures, and health and safety responsibilities in line with compliance standards.Qualification & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business/Operations Management, or related field.5+ years experience in operations analysis preferably in Aviation/Hospitality.Experience within hospitality or premium commercial environments is an advantage.
Technical SkillsetAdvanced Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards).Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Strong operational data interpretation and trend analysis capability.Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
