  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials lab testing procedures and material specifications
  • Familiar with UAE municipality and RTA standards preferred
