  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategy and business development initiatives
  • Drive business performance through balanced scorecards and structured KPI tracking frameworks
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by working with credit, risk, compliance, operations, IT, and customer experience teams
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Simplify end-to-end customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead communication and alignment across wholesale banking teams for strategic initiatives
  • Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of transformation programs
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in financial services, business strategy, or transformation roles
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within banking, preferably wholesale banking
  • Strong understanding of business management, strategy execution, and analytics
  • Experience managing complex projects and transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments
