The role focuses on long-term media incrementality, strategic partnerships with global digital platforms, and advanced analytics to deliver sustainable ROI and marketing effectiveness.What You'll Do
- Develop and lead paid media and digital marketing strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Own annual and long-term media planning to drive incremental and sustainable growth
- Identify the optimal channel mix across offline and digital platforms using advanced planning tools
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks to measure campaign success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging media technologies
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across search, social, influencer, affiliate, and programmatic channels
- Apply platform-native buying techniques and real-time optimization to improve performance
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate insights into future strategies
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, and LinkedIn
- Negotiate agency and media contracts to maximize value and service quality
- Introduce innovative tools, technologies, and analytics capabilities
- Develop media performance reporting for senior leadership with actionable insights
- Foster a data-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in media planning, strategy, and digital marketing
- At least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience managing large paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Strong expertise in digital platforms, programmatic buying, and advanced analytics
- Experience managing agencies and negotiating high-value media contracts
