  • Oversee daily operations of the Quality and Support team ensuring prompt resolution of support requests
  • Monitor service workflows, adherence to ISO standards and quality management procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments and service providers to enhance process efficiency and service delivery
  • Support system implementation and optimization initiatives in collaboration with IT and senior management
  • Supervise, motivate and evaluate team members to drive productivity and service quality
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of departmental policies, procedures and QMS frameworks
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage digital platforms including CAFM systems, SharePoint, enterprise solutions and task management portals
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity and system optimization across platforms
  • Support development and enhancement of reporting tools including Power BI dashboards
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly and annual performance reports aligned with business objectives
  • Assist during internal, external and ISO audits ensuring documentation readiness and corrective action follow-up
  • Engage stakeholders to drive operational improvements and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
  • Support risk identification, mitigation planning and business continuity initiatives
Ideal Profile
  • Strong experience in operations management, quality governance or facilities management environments
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems QMS
  • Experience managing digital systems such as CAFM, SharePoint and enterprise portals
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in reporting and Power BI dashboards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
  • Understanding of risk management and business continuity frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
