Structures Senior BIM Technician - AECOM - Dubai, UAE

• Lead structural BIM development in line with the approved BIM Execution Plan and project standards
• Manage BIM processes across all project stages from concept design to construction and handover
• Develop and maintain discipline-specific structural BIM models with high accuracy and consistency
• Generate coordinated 2D deliverables including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure clash-free and up-to-date outputs
• Conduct regular BIM audits to ensure model health, quality, and compliance
• Ensure accurate representation of design intent through close coordination with structural design teams
• Extract drawings using correct scales, templates, and title blocks as per project requirements
• Support sheet setup, annotations, print reviews, and submission workflows
• Use BIM quality control tools such as Revit warnings and model checking utilities
• Support project teams with model setup, coordination reviews, and drawing package development
• Guide and support junior BIM technicians and review their outputs when required

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery for structural projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit and BIM coordination workflows
• Knowledge of interoperability between Revit and other discipline-specific software
• Experience with project setup, CDE environments, and design models
• Good understanding of company procedures, BIM standards, and project delivery requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver coordinated outputs with minimal supervision
