Senior Highway CAD Technician - Roads Design

• Prepare detailed highway and road design drawings including alignments, cross sections, and pavement layouts
• Develop technical drawings for interchanges, junctions, roundabouts, access roads, and associated infrastructure
• Convert engineering concepts, sketches, and markups into accurate CAD drawings and models
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site instructions
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions and construction progress

• Organize drawing sheets, title blocks, legends, and documentation for official submissions

• Provide technical guidance and quality checks for junior CAD technicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated infrastructure design packages

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of CAD drafting experience in highway or infrastructure projects
• At least 5 years of experience working on road or major infrastructure developments
• Strong knowledge of highway design standards and construction workflows
• Ability to manage complex drawings and coordinate across project teams
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience in highway modeling and drafting
• Knowledge of BIM processes and CAD standards
• Strong documentation and file management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
