The Corporate Chef acts as a culinary ambassador for GMG's foodservice portfolio, bridging kitchen excellence with business development. The role supports HORECA clients through product development, menu customization, live demonstrations, and consultative culinary solutions that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and implement innovative recipes using sous vide, raw, and value-added meat and poultry products
  • Collaborate with R and D and production teams to deliver scalable and commercially viable culinary solutions
  • Deliver advanced culinary presentations and cooking demonstrations showcasing product quality and versatility
  • Support B2B business growth across hotel chains, airline catering, and institutional clients
  • Conduct live cooking demos, tasting sessions, and product training for customers and prospects
  • Provide culinary input to support pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Act as a culinary ambassador during client visits, trade shows, and industry events
  • Offer consultative culinary guidance to help clients integrate products into their menus and operations
  • Identify culinary trends and customer needs to propose tailored foodservice solutions
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of beef and poultry processing, handling, storage, and preparation best practices
  • Stay updated on global and regional culinary trends, food safety standards, and foodservice innovation
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a B2B foodservice or sales support role
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role within foodservice manufacturing, hotel chains, or institutional kitchens
  • Strong background in sous vide, raw and value-added beef, poultry, and related products
  • Experience working across GCC, MENA, or multicultural environments
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
