- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities based on EYFS guidelines
- Support children's physical, emotional, and social development through structured engagement
- Maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor and record individual progress using development tracking methods
- Encourage inclusive learning and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
- Conduct assessments and prepare reports on children's development
- Promote independent learning through guided activities and classroom interaction
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with team members and follow guidance from nursery management
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with relevant certification
- Or high school diploma with Cache Level 3 and at least two years of experience
- Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and early learning principles
- Native-level English communication skills
- Experience working with young children in nursery or early education settings
- Patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching approach
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
