- Ensure children's safety, well-being, and emotional development within the nursery environment.
- Promote independent learning and encourage inclusion for children of all abilities.
- Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages.
- Monitor, assess, and record children's progress using Learning and Development Profile documentation.
- Participate in preparing developmental reports and assessments for parents and management.
- Maintain high standards of care, health, safety, and security at all times.
- Collaborate with nursery management and teaching teams to enhance curriculum delivery.
- University degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with certified vocational qualification in early childhood education.
- Alternatively, high school diploma with CACHE Level 3 qualification and minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Experience working within British curriculum or EYFS framework preferred.
- Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
