- Manage and execute mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in MEP construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth site execution
- Prepare work programs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to mechanical works
- Supervise daily site activities including subcontractors, technicians, and manpower allocation
- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority regulations
- Monitor construction progress and maintain site productivity to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with QA QC procedures and HSE safety standards
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project management
- Support testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and final project handover activities
- Resolve technical site issues related to mechanical installations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8 to 12 years of experience in mechanical works within MEP construction projects
- Strong experience managing HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system installations
- UAE or GCC project experience preferred
- Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams effectively
