Service Sales are considered a strategic priority for our Business to complement our growth plans.We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Service business, based in our Dubai, UAE office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base, identify solutions, and develop processes that add value to our customers.This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who strive to drive offering and sales development strategies and share best practices. If you feel you have what it takes and can add significant value to this role and department, then apply for this exciting opportunity!What will you do?Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationshipsEnsure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE teamDocument and maintain the customer and contact informationAccountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets, including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer baseAccountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needsResponsible for pricing using the approved tendering toolsMaintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to dateAre you the one?Bachelor's Degree in any related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Service Sales experienceHighly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer serviceAbility to interpret and analyze customer needsPassion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focusExcellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUAE experience is a must.At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
