The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services across the market. This role involves developing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, managing client accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Management.Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals in line with company targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and credit approvals.Track sales performance and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.Manage digital marketing tasks including social media posts, online promotions, and content updates.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and events to promote the company’s products.Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.Coordination & ComplianceWork closely with Operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and approvals.Report any non-compliance or irresponsible behavior within the sales team to management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (UAE experience preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
