- Manage selection and installation of plant species, shrubs, ground covers, and grasses
- Assess and improve soil health to ensure optimal growth conditions
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor planting progress and quality compliance
- Supervise contractors during procurement, installation, and maintenance activities
- Oversee horticulture-related works both on site and off site
- Ensure planting works align with approved design drawings and specifications
- Identify suitable plant species based on climate and soil conditions
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease prevention measures
- Manage relocation and protection of existing trees and shrubs where required
- Provide technical horticultural solutions to site challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in horticulture and landscape project supervision
- Strong understanding of plant selection, soil management, and irrigation coordination
- Knowledge of pest control, disease prevention, and plant treatment methods
- Experience supervising planting and maintenance contractors
