Description:· Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for collaterals, requisitions, and invoicing.· Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing content in collaboration with the Content Creation team.· Provide administrative support for Sales initiatives, including proposals, contracts, presentations, and follow-ups.· Assist with marketing and sales-related projects across the resort.· Ensure all external and internal communications align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.· Maintain and update marketing calendars, sales trackers, and internal platforms such as OASYS.· Manage the timely submission of RFQs, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.· Support the organization of events, photoshoots, activations, and client site inspections.· Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials and branded collateral across departments.· Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with creative, actionable input.· Maintain well-organized folders, sales documents, templates, and digital asset libraries using file management best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related fieldExperience in sales/marketing within a luxury or 5-star hotelExcellent communication and client-handling skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/software systems
