- Lead the Floor & Operations: Actively manage the butchery unit, including hands-on meat processing, packaging, and safe storage, while proactively directing and motivating the warehouse team.
- Commercial Analysis & Inventory: Apply analytical skills to track SOH (Stock on Hand), audit goods received, minimize wastage, and run cost-benefit analyses to improve overall unit profitability.
- Workflow Optimization: Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control the flow of temperature-sensitive goods, optimize warehouse space, and maintain all butchery facilities and equipment.
- Butchery Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in butchery operations and meat processing.
- Advanced Excel: Fluent in MS Excel with a strong command of formulas, data manipulation, and building operational reports.
- Leadership: Proven team leader with the ability to drive, train, and manage a team independently.
- Commercial Acumen: Highly analytical; able to understand the financial impact of yield, wastage, and supply chain bottlenecks.
