- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packaging, inventory control, and shipment of materials and products.
- Ensure accurate tracking and accounting of all materials and supplies stored within warehouse facilities.
- Monitor and audit goods received to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch operations to support timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to manage warehouse capacity and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ensure effective space utilization within the warehouse while maintaining safe storage conditions for all materials.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with logistics teams to improve warehouse performance and productivity.
- Support warehouse teams in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting company logistics targets.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food-related products and butchered goods where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
- One to two years of experience supervising warehouse teams or logistics operations.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce logistics, or food distribution environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Strong operational planning, team supervision, and workflow coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor safety compliance and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
