- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of SAP professionals, including SAP FICO, MM, and SD consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the SAP team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP into business processes.
- Drive best practices and innovation in SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies.
- Utilize deep expertise in SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules to optimize and customize solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with module-specific consultants to enhance functionality and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement SAP architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the SAP landscape.
- Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address project challenges.
- Leverage your experience in managing SAP implementations in trading organizations.
- Understand and address industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly qualified team of IT professionals.
- Set IT KPI in line with agreed deliverables with the business.
- Performance review
- Ensure training is conducted for the resources.
- Ensure that the IT team has strong project management skills and can execute business-critical projects
- Lead and report the identified projects under Business Applications area
- Ensure the DR plan for Business Applications and do a dry test periodically
- Create and roll out an Business Applications architecture plan across the company
- Define and manage the service levels related to Business Applications Section
- Monitor metrics for managing IT Business Applications effectiveness
- Establish appropriate service levels and processes to ensure that KPIs are met
- He has participated actively in IT strategy workshops in his current organisation
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with the flexibility
- A high-energy executive; tenacious and passionate about reaching the goal while keeping the ego in check.
- Possesses solid knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to apply these in the service of the company’s key business goals
- Experience leading a data analytics project in his current organisation will be an added advantage.
