This role directly impacts project performance by identifying risks, analyzing delays, and supporting data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate contractor baseline schedules in line with contract requirements
- Develop integrated master schedules covering multiple project components and dependencies
- Analyze progress updates and identify potential delays or critical risks
- Perform what-if analysis to evaluate impact of changes and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed progress and monthly reports with performance insights
- Assess extension of time claims and apply delay analysis methodologies
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to resolve scheduling challenges
- Monitor key milestones and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Maintain trackers and logs for monitoring design and construction activities
- Support meetings, prepare minutes, and provide planning insights to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate record keeping and issue delay notifications when required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects
- Strong background in utilities, roads, ITS systems, and construction coordination
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling tools
- Experience in delay analysis, claims evaluation, and project controls
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces
