  • Apply earned value management techniques to track project performance
  • Conduct time impact analysis and manage change control processes
  • Track manpower, labor hours, and cost requirements against budgets
  • Support procurement tracking including subcontract commitments and expenditures
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and trend analysis
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide planning insights
  • Ensure compliance with project control procedures and financial systems
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10+ years of experience in planning or project controls within infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience in transportation, roads, or bridges projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
  • Strong understanding of WBS, EVMS, and cost control principles
  • Experience in time impact analysis and contract change management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a site-based environment
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
