Key Responsibilities:
  • Support routine facility inspections
  • Report and assist in responding to facility defects and damage
  • Support requests to designated maintenance vendors and follow-up coordination
  • Support communication and issue handling with the landlord regarding facility-related matters
  • Assist with minor maintenance, site upkeep, and equipment checks
  • Clean the entire space and office area daily before mall opening hours
  • Carry out special cleaning and repair work for contaminated facilities twice a month
