Process operator -Swaging

• Load pipes and operate the swaging machines without defects.
• Maintain Auto control and no defect transfer to the next stages in case of any.
• Perform the level -1 maintenance of the machine.
• Report any quality non-conformities and any abnormalities in the process.
• Maintain the production targets based on the product cycle times.
• Check with the CNC operators and adjust the swage sizes as and when required but within the tolerances given.
• Maintain/Mark the traceability of the pipes as required.
• Perform tasks with honesty, integrity, and Customer Focus.
• Fully embrace the Quality & HSE management systems.
• Participate in all HSE programs, in particular; STOP Intervention, HSE Observations, Accident/Incident Reporting, HSE Auditing & good housekeeping practices.
• Ensure good communication between the shop floor and office on any issues that would impact the efficiency/quality of the job.
• Monitor own work to ensure quality is to the required standard.
• Fully cooperate with other departments to ensure workflow is maintained as and when required.
• Ensure only working with Controlled Copy documents and ensure obsolete revisions are handed back to the Quality Manager for disposal.

• Swaging operating experience with premium threading (JFE/VAM/TENARIS/VAGT/TPCQ)
• Need to have good knowledge about hydraulics.
• More than 3 years of experience out of which at least 1 year in OCTG threading with Mechanical Trade/Diploma.
• Able to solve the mechanical problems in the machines.
• Able to communicate with the team and supervisors.
• Should have experience in setup and operating of swaging machines.
• Should be able to make calculations required find the plastic deformation.
