- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Three to five years of experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership environment
- Strong understanding of automotive servicing processes and vehicle maintenance requirements
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of dealership management systems and SAP is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage customer expectations and handle service related queries professionally
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with workshop and aftersales teams
