The role works closely with aftersales leadership and HR partners to build capability frameworks that support business growth and employee development.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the non technical learning strategy for aftersales teams focusing on customer experience, leadership capability, and commercial skills
  • Design and implement learning programs using blended, digital, and experiential learning approaches
  • Build a culture of coaching and continuous improvement by enabling managers to support team development
  • Partner with aftersales leadership and HR teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted training solutions
  • Develop learning frameworks aligned with operational priorities and employee career development pathways
  • Manage learning governance processes including scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and learning management system administration
  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives using performance indicators and evaluation frameworks
  • Analyze learning outcomes and identify opportunities to improve training programs and operational performance
  • Lead and develop learning and development team members to ensure consistent training delivery standards
  • Support business transformation initiatives by strengthening workforce capability and leadership readiness
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline
  • Five to ten years of experience in learning and development, training management, or capability development roles
  • Experience delivering training programs for customer facing and operational teams
  • Knowledge of automotive aftersales operations including service, parts, and body and paint functions
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and learning management systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Professional certification in learning and development, coaching, or adult learning is advantageous
  • HR certification or relevant HR experience is beneficial
  • Ability to link training initiatives with measurable business and customer experience outcomes
