- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Experience working with Dubai Government entities is mandatory (not ministries).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
