- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting across priority verticals
- Identify and engage decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team
- Conduct research-driven account targeting aligned with GTM strategy
- Use modern sales tools and CRM systems to manage outreach and reporting
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate data tracking
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve conversion rates
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and prospecting strategy
- 1–4+ years’ experience in SDR, BDR, recruitment, or outbound sales roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B technology preferred
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Highly organised, resilient, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools(Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-led environments
- Exposure to payments, APIs, or regulated financial products
- Experience prospecting into Gaming, FX, Streaming, Travel, or Marketplace sectors
- Data-driven mindset with a structured approach to prospecting
