Consultant Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate physical rehabilitation needs for patients with injuries, disabilities, or chronic conditions
• Design personalized rehabilitation treatment plans based on medical history, functional limitations, and patient recovery goals
• Implement a range of rehabilitation therapies including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and electrotherapy modalities
• Monitor patient recovery progress and adjust treatment strategies to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation programs, self-care practices, and long-term recovery strategies
• Coordinate patient care with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated rehabilitation services
• Supervise and mentor rehabilitation team members including therapists and technicians
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental improvement programs, and development of rehabilitation protocols
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with healthcare regulations and hospital standards

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or equivalent recognized qualification
• Minimum five years of experience working as a consultant in rehabilitation medicine
• Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation therapies and functional recovery strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support patient-centered care
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
• Fluency in English with Arabic language knowledge considered an advantage
