- Transport hotel colleagues safely between staff accommodation and hotel locations
- Operate staff buses or vehicles in compliance with UAE road safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and regular upkeep of assigned transportation vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle checks and minor maintenance when required
- Monitor fuel levels and coordinate scheduled servicing and inspections
- Prepare daily trip logs and maintain accurate transportation records
- Report incidents, accidents, or irregularities promptly to management
- Coordinate closely with employee services and transportation supervisors
- Address passenger concerns courteously and professionally
- Support hotel departments when transportation duties are not in progress
- Diploma or high school qualification
- Minimum one to three years of UAE driving experience, preferably within a four or five star hotel
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and local traffic regulations
- Clean driving record with valid UAE driving license
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
