- Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests, staff, and catering services within Dubai and surrounding areas
- Maintain strong knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and alternative routes to ensure timely transportation
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous support during pick-up and drop-off
- Share basic information about hotel services and local attractions when required
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well maintained, and fueled at all times
- Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Coordinate with hotel departments to support smooth guest transportation services
- Attend training sessions related to driving safety and service standards
- Valid UAE driving license with minimum three years of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- At least two years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Dubai road network and traffic patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Arabic
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Professional appearance with strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to assist with luggage handling
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
