Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive – Marine to lead the sales growth of Honda Marine outboard engines across the UAE market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, develop strong relationships with boat builders and Fishermen, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, supporting dealer development, and strengthening Honda Marine’s competitive position in the region.What You Will Do
  • Grow sales revenue and achieve monthly volume targets for Honda Marine outboard engines.
  • Expand Honda Marine’s market share by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Fishermen, boat builders, and retail customers across the UAE.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive product promotion activities, participate in exhibitions/events, and collaborate with marketing on brand visibility initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, timely sales reporting, and alignment of inventory with market demand.
  • Work closely with internal team logistics, service, parts, finance, and marketing—to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent after-sales support.
