Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Catering or equivalent professional culinary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a five-star international hotel chain
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or comparable supervisory role
  • Proven leadership in high-volume or multi-cuisine kitchen environments
  • Ability to manage service pressure while maintaining structured discipline
  • Strong communication skills and organized operational approach
