Project Director - Aluminum and Facade Operations - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Direct and manage all aluminum and facade operations from concept coordination through factory fabrication and on-site installation
• Oversee execution of unitized curtain wall systems and structural glazing across 130 plus floors of high-rise construction
• Develop and manage vertical logistics strategies including hoisting, sequencing, and supply chain coordination for facade components
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the main contractor and specialized aluminum and glazing suppliers
• Ensure all facade systems meet stringent safety, structural wind resistance, thermal insulation, and solar heat gain reduction standards
• Supervise compliance with UAE building codes, quality benchmarks, and project-specific performance criteria
• Manage large-scale budgets including procurement planning, cost control, contract variations, and risk mitigation
• Monitor fabrication timelines to align with overall project milestones and installation schedules
• Lead cross-functional coordination with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration
• Implement quality assurance processes across design review, mock-ups, testing, and site inspections
• Report progress, performance metrics, and risk assessments to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 15 to 20 plus years of construction experience with 8 to 10 years specializing in aluminum, glazing, or facade systems for high-rise or supertall projects in the UAE or GCC
• Strong expertise in unitized curtain wall systems, structural glazing, and advanced aluminum fabrication techniques
• Proven experience managing complex facade packages for landmark towers
