  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives and project launches
  • Drive property sales across off-plan and ready residential developments to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand within the Dubai real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, real estate brokers, and channel partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize sales campaigns and improve lead conversion performance
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators
  • Conduct training programs, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations for sales team members
  • Provide strategic sales reporting and performance insights to senior management

Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE property market
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership or sales management role
  • Proven experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property market dynamics and developer sales processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing large sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with brokers, investors, and channel partners
