- 7 to 10 years of experience in transformation programs, business excellence, or operational strategy within real estate or construction sectors.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of organizational governance frameworks, performance measurement systems, and operational strategy.
- Proven experience leading cross functional improvement initiatives across large organizations.
