Real Estate Leasing Manager - Retail Shopping Malls and Subleasing - Dubai UAE

• Manage leasing and lease administration for subletting retail spaces across shopping malls and Carrefour formats
• Conduct tenant presentations and lead negotiations to finalize leasing deals aligned with approved activities and rental rates
• Prepare lease approvals and coordinate lease agreement issuance with legal teams ensuring timely execution
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate rent collection as per lease terms and payment schedules
• Monitor tenant performance and manage lease renewals in line with leasing committee guidelines
