Sales Operations & Support

Process orders with precision, checking pricing, setup, delivery timelines and resolving any hiccups
Respond to general product inquiries and provide stellar support or escalate technical queries when needed
Channel new customers appropriately, ensuring seamless onboarding in collaboration with field sales

Market Intelligence

Conduct market research to track industry trends and stay ahead of the competition
