- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth branch operations
- Follow internal code of conduct and organizational values
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in banking customer service or branch operations
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
